Profiles are presets saved under a specific name, that can be loaded when needed. With profiles it's easy to switch between different settings with a single click. Profiles are in particular useful, if you have recurring tagging jobs, that require the same settings over and over again.
Select a profile to load tagging presets
To load a profile, which you have saved before, open the Profiles...
drop down and select the name of the profile, that you want to load. Loading a profile will overwrite all current settings. Please note, that loading a profile will not trigger execution automatically, even if option Immediately
is set. To trigger execution after loading a profile, press the Execute
button.
To create a new profile, select New Profile
from the drop down or press ⌘N. Creating a new profile will reset all options to their initial state.
To save a profile, select Save Profile
from the drop down or press ⌘S. You can give your profile a descriptive name. If no name is provided, a default name is used. The profile is saved with the currently selected settings. If an existing profile was loaded prior to pressing save, it will be overwritten.
To delete a profile, select the profile that you want to delete, then select Delete Profile
from the drop down or press ^⌫. There will be asked for confirmation before deleting a profile.
The following settings are persisted, when saving a profile:
